Hakkaisan Premium Sake Ramen
Inspired by Hakkaisan sake, this ramen was created especially for this event by Ramen Master Mr. Kanegae. This ramen shows beautifully how Hakkaisan sake can be used in cooking and marries the best of both traditional Japanese cuisine and the culture of Japanese ramen.
It’s truly a one-of-a-kind ramen experience with exceptional depth of flavor.
HAKKAISAN PREMIUM SAKE RAMEN This special ramen base is made using Hakkaisan Junmai Ginjo Sake-based broth*, umami rich kombu seaweed, genmai brown rice, shiitake mushrooms, barley grass powder-infused noodles (made in-house) and puffed rice crackers.
Flavorings include: Chives, to brighten the broth, Iwanori seaweed, a reef kelp that is marinated in our veggie soy sauce dashi broth, Yuzukosho, a citrus pepper paste, and Sea salt.
*Most of the alcohol in the sake is cooked off during the making of the broth, although the aroma remains. Please inform us of any food restrictions or allergies.
At this event, the upstairs space will be serving Hakkaisan ramen and Hakkaisan sake only. If you would like appetizers or other drinks, we kindly ask you to enjoy your meal on the main floor.
